Governor Cuomo Outlines Phased Plan for Economic Reopening in New York
At yesterday’s press conference in Monroe County, Governor Cuomo outlined additional guidelines for when regions will be able to re-open. While New York State remains on PAUSE through May 15, re-openings will be permitted on a phased, regional basis as each region meets the criteria necessary to protect public health as businesses re-open.
